1) The hose has NO slack.
2) No warnings not to drive over the hose (which may or may not be heeded!)
3) no attempt to protect the hose if dumbasses DID drive over it.
I dunno, that hose connection looked rather fragile. Defective equipment just waiting to have a failure?
I’d say equal stupidity on the part of *both* parties, just my humble opinion…
