Saturday as I’m watching TV waiting for the launch I tuned to I think it was Fox showing live footage of a line of Nat. Guard troops, in I think Minneapolis, being harassed by a white woman who was walking up and down the line holding something that was smoldering, generating a lot of smoke, that she was deliberately holding inches from the guardsmen’s faces. I’m thinking to myself where’s the LT or E7 – E9 Sargent in charge of this detail, who should be walking up behind this woman and butt stroking her in the back of the head?

Spokane had a demonstration Sunday night – that turned into a (small-scale) riot and looting. Claims of both Threepers/Proud Boys and Antifa being responsible for looting the Nike store – guess it was too hard to unboard the Apple store – but, based on my 20+ years of experience in the downtown area, it was neither; it was the usual downtown shitbirds jumping in to break/steal shit.
This did lead me to the most pitiful “rioting” I’ve ever seen, on Twitter: masked dude, with a folding sidewalk barricade, heaving it right at a parked sheriffmobile – windshield right there! And he fucking whiffed it onto the roof of the car, where it fell off all sad and confused. 😦
Participation-award level of violence, right there.
